We are looking for a dependable and organized Auto Service Writer/Manager to join our team and serve as the key link between our customers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Prepare repair orders and cost estimates
• Communicate recommended services and timelines clearly
• Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
• Provide updates on repair status
• Process payments and explain invoices
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service writing or advising experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computers and service management software (currently Techmetric)
• Valid driver’s license (recommended)
