Operator, Nights
- Expected Pay Range : $20.15 - $22.20 per hour
- Bonus : This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

- Operate and monitor production equipment used in drying, freezing, wet and dry processing, sifting, grinding, boxing, and packaging while following established safety and quality standards.
- Assemble, disassemble, clean, sanitize, and set up equipment and work areas to support efficient production operations.
- Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, participate in safety training and meetings, and apply Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
- Perform Critical Control Point (CCP) checks, follow GMPs and SOPs, and promptly report product quality or handling concerns.
- Support production goals by preparing for shift transitions, completing scheduled cleaning and sanitation activities, and working overtime as needed.
- Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively across departments, and assist with training and onboarding new employees.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of six months of production experience, or an equivalent combination of related experience, education, and training.
- Basic reading, writing, and computer skills, with the ability to use ERP scanners when required.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations, accurately count items, report weights, and track inventory adjustments.
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and operational procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous forklift experience is a plus.
- A full-time schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., with Saturdays as needed.
