Operating under general supervision, this role collaborates closely with the analytics team to extract, aggregate, and analyze data from centralized databases using SAP SAC and Excel. Responsibilities include designing and generating reports based on defined parameters, ensuring high standards through rigorous quality checks—including validating both personally authored and peer reports. The position provides robust client support by developing interactive data analysis tools and advanced statistical interpretations to enable informed decision-making. Emphasis is placed on continuous process improvement, integrating standardized and ad hoc reporting workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize workload. Data validity and consistency are maintained through thorough cross-functional verification, supporting both regulatory alignment and internal monitoring. Additional duties involve educating stakeholders about the complexities of complaint and sales distribution data, executing sophisticated database queries to fulfill global safety information requests, and preparing regulatory and post-market reports with limited supervision. Effective cross-departmental collaboration and strategic deadline negotiation ensure the timely delivery of urgent and non-urgent reporting needs, optimizing both customer satisfaction and organizational performance.
