Gerente de Proyectos - Disciplina Mecánica
- Elaborar cronogramas y planes de ejecución conforme a lineamientos internos.
- Coordinar reuniones semanales con clientes y equipos internos, asegurando seguimiento de acuerdos.
- Presentar planes de staffing y participar en reuniones de dirección de proyectos.
- Revisar contratos y coordinar con el área legal sobre responsabilidades y penalidades.
- Gestionar cambios de alcance y presupuesto, incluyendo sustento técnico y validación económica.
- Supervisar indicadores financieros clave (margen bruto, WIP, facturación, pagos).
- Aprobar facturación Intercompany y revisar emisión de Intercos.
- Elaborar y revisar reportes de avance semanales y mensuales.
- Reportar estado de proyectos a la dirección y participar en reuniones de Proyectos Mayores.
- Revisar y aprobar reportes de gastos y horas del equipo.
- Validar entregables técnicos para garantizar seguridad, calidad y constructibilidad.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de procedimientos internos y del sistema de gestión de calidad.
- Apoyar en la elaboración de propuestas técnicas junto a especialistas.
- Coordinar con líderes de disciplina para planificación y atención al cliente.
- Educación formal: Profesional Titulado(a) y Colegiado(a) en Ingeniería Mecánica y/o afines.
- Manejo de Softwares: Ms Office, Software de Gestión de Proyectos
- Experiencia: 20 años a más.
- Post grado en gestión minera, administración o proyectos.
- Trabajo basado en Lima con disponibilidad para viajar a Mina para visitas técnicas
