Patient Care Coordinator / Treatment Coordinator / Insurance Coordinator

Beyond Smiles is a general dental practice in Park Ridge focused on providing comprehensive care for children and adults, including support for airway health, breathing, sleep, and healthy development. We are looking for a confident, compassionate, and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, helping them understand their treatment options, and guiding them through the financial aspects of their care.

Responsibilities Include:

• Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression.
• Coordinating patient schedules and follow-up visits.
• Answering phones and assisting with patient questions.
• Presenting treatment plans in a clear and supportive way.
• Discussing financial options and payment arrangements with patients.
• Verifying insurance benefits and helping patients understand coverage.
• Coordinating insurance submissions and assisting patients with insurance questions.
• Supporting the clinical team and helping the day run smoothly.

The Odeal Candidate:

• Is warm, confident, and comfortable speaking with patients about treatment and finances.
• Has experience with dental insurance coordination or is willing to learn.
• Is organized and detail-oriented.
• Communicates clearly and professionally.
• Works well in a collaborative team environment.
• Has dental or healthcare experience (preferred but not required).

• Full-time schedule Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
