Are you a organized, bilingual problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our growing team, serve key customer accounts, and bridge the gap between our clients and our operations floor.

If you enjoy hands-on tracking, interacting directly with warehouse teams, owning the relationship between the warehouse and the customer, and ensuring every customer feels supported from order to delivery, we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For

• bilingual Proficiency: Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (Required).

• Experience: 2+ years in customer service, order expediting, or administrative support (industrial, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred).

• Tech Savvy: proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or Epicor preferred) or order management software is highly preferred.

• Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, organization and prioritization skills, and a true sense of ownership over customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Order Support & Account Management: Take incoming calls/emails, process ERP system orders, provide quotes, and serve as the main contact for key house accounts.

• Hands-On Progress Tracking: Step away from the desk to visit warehouse and operations areas, gathering real-time status updates on open orders.

• Proactive Communication: Flag priority requests for the warehouse team, keep customers informed on completion timelines or delays, and keep meticulous logs in our ERP system.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with internal teams to eliminate communication gaps and ensure seamless service delivery.
