Compensation: Competitive W2 Hourly Rate ($77.90 - $78.60), Access to Healthcare and Dental Insurance Plan of Choice. (Benefit Plans can be requested at time of submission to client)

Summary
Chamberlain Advisors is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream programs and strategic portfolios aligned to critical business objectives. This role requires the ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level, balancing long-term program outcomes with hands-on execution. The Senior Program Manager will provide leadership across cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure programs deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, experience managing large-scale initiatives, and the ability to resolve escalations involving senior stakeholders. What You Will Be Accountable For

  • Lead and manage complex programs or portfolios consisting of multiple interdependent initiatives.
  • Establish, maintain, and continuously refine program and portfolio plans, including scope, staffing, schedules, and financial forecasts.
  • Align program initiatives with strategic business objectives and ensure intended benefits are achieved.
  • Provide strategic direction and day-to-day oversight to cross-functional program teams operating in a virtual environment.
  • Manage program scope, budget, timelines, and prioritization across initiatives within the portfolio.
  • Resolve resource conflicts across programs and determine optimal allocation based on business priorities.
  • Analyze program financials, forecasts, and progress to identify risks, gaps, and key decision points.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive communication plan for stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Proactively identify program- and portfolio-level risks and issues; drive mitigation strategies and escalate when appropriate.
  • Lead resolution of complex issues involving multiple senior leaders, vendors, or partners.
  • Coordinate development and approval of business and technical requirements documentation.
  • Monitor and report program status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to stakeholders and executives.
  • Recommend and implement adjustments to program plans, staffing models, and delivery approach as needed.
  • Manage, mentor, and provide oversight to Project Managers and/or Program Managers.
  • Represent the organization with contractors, suppliers, and business partners as required.

What Qualifications You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years of program management experience.
  • Prior consulting experience delivering global, large-scale programs.
  • Experience delivering programs within retail and/or healthcare environments; specialty pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing program budgets of $20M+.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze forecasts, track progress, and communicate financial risk.
  • Extensive experience developing end-to-end program plans, including charter, scope, schedules, and financial forecasts.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams across all organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and issue-resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Experience working across multiple project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Experience establishing or operating within a Program Management Office (PMO) environment preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.
