Salary: $75-85K + Bonus

The successful candidate must be a self-starter, manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment. This individual must also work well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints.

Duties and Responsibilities 

● Develop and maintain scalable data infrastructure, cloud-native workflows, and ETL/ELT pipelines that support analytics, reporting, and operational needs.

● Transform, model, and organize data from diverse sources to enable accurate reporting, advanced analytics, and data-driven insights.

● Improve data quality and system performance by identifying issues, optimizing architecture, and refining processes for reliability and scalability.

● Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies, pipeline failures, and platform issues, including participation in on-call support when required.

● Prototype analytical tools, algorithms, and automation to support complex analysis and enhance operational efficiency.

● Collaborate with BI, Finance, and cross-functional global teams to deliver robust, efficient, and scalable data solutions.

● Create and maintain clear documentation including configurations, specifications, test scripts, and project tracking materials.

● Contribute to agile processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and the advancement of engineering best practices.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technical discipline.

●2-4 years of experience with SQL Knowledge (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).

●2-4 years of experience with Java or Groovy languages.

●2+ years of experience with Orchestration and Ingestion tools (AirFlow, AirByte, etc).

●2+ years of experience interacting with web service APIs (SOAP, REST).

● Experience with cloud DW solutions and ELT/ETL solutions is a plus (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, DBT etc.).

● Experience in working within an Agile environment.

● Knowledge of version control.

● Experience with Automation, including Unit and Integration Testing.

● Knowledge of Cloud Storage Concepts (S3, BLOB store, Oracle Bucket, etc).

● Must be proactive, demonstrate initiative, and be a logical thinker.

● Consultative skills, including understanding and applying customer requirements, drawing out unforeseen implications, and making design recommendations.

● The ability to define design reasoning and understand potential impacts of design requirements.

● Strong collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills.

● Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
