Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic, upbeat and motivated Aqua Fitness Instructor to lead water-based fitness classes. The ideal candidate will create a fun, positive workout experience for members, helping them improve their strength, endurance, and overall fitness in a safe and supportive environment. If you love motivating others and have a knack for creating a positive atmosphere, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead safe, high-energy, and effective Aqua Fitness classes for participants of various fitness levels.

• Demonstrate water exercise techniques, explain proper form and modifications, and address participant questions or concerns.

• Modify workouts as needed to accommodate individuals’ abilities and goals.

• Maintain a positive, motivating, and fun atmosphere during all classes.

• Provide excellent customer service and promote a supportive environment.

• Collaborate with team members to create a variety of workout routines.

• Adhere by pool and company policies to ensure the equipment and area is kept clean and safe.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience teaching Aqua Fitness or group fitness classes is a plus.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.

• Ability to create and maintain an upbeat, high-energy atmosphere.

• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.

• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
