The Senior Analyst - Digital Optimization will play a critical role in driving the analytics and insights that shape the direction of customer-facing digital products. This role is part of the Digital Optimization Insights team, a center of expertise focused on understanding digital experimentation data and customer behavior to optimize product strategies. The individual will leverage Test Learn experimentation to measure data, derive meaningful insights, and ensure the integrity of high-volume customer data and analysis. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making, innovative thinking, and rapid experimentation to enhance customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct rigorous measurement of experiments and campaigns to build data-driven stories that effectively communicate outcomes.
- Identify optimization opportunities through data analysis and hypothesis generation, supporting experiments to test hypotheses successfully.
- Analyze digital channel experiences to provide recommendations that improve channel throughput and customer satisfaction.
- Develop approaches and methods to solve digital and traveler problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Present data-driven insights to executive leadership and business stakeholders to share best practices across digital channels.
- Contribute to leadership-level presentation content and storytelling through insights and data.
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure designs align with story intent.
- Work with development and QA teams to ensure proper data flow into analytics tools and experiment boundaries.
- Write business cases and manage workflows to ensure timely and successful completion of experiments.
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 years of related experience or successful completion of a Digital Leadership Program.
- Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Big Query, Quantum Metric, Enterprise Data, Tableau, and SQL.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with experiment design and optimization methodology.
- Strong quantitative background and passion for delivering data-driven insights.
- Ability to multitask and reprioritize activities effectively.
- Excellent business, technical, verbal/written communication, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable presenting to executive-level stakeholders and collaborating across teams.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Successful completion of an interview required to meet job qualifications.
- Preferred:
- Master's degree or advanced degree in statistics, analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Certified Google Analytics Professional or equivalent in a related web/mobile app analytics tool.
- Strong validation skills for root cause analysis through digital data analytics.
- Experience with writing business requirements.
- 1-2 years of work experience in eCommerce.

- Digital Analytics and Customer Behavior Analysis.
- Experimentation Test Design with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
- Data Storytelling and Executive Communication.
- Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving with a focus on business outcomes.
- Dotcom and mobile app analytics and experimentation experience.
- UX research and customer journey analysis familiarity.
- eCommerce or digital conversion optimization experience.
- Experience with experimentation platforms like Optimizely or Adobe Target.
- Strong executive presentation and data visualization skills.

Pay Range: $60 - $65/Hr.
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
