Regional Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Decatur, IL by HMD Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Role overview:
- Safely operate company equipment on regional lanes, complete deliveries, and maintain cargo integrity.
- Conduct required inspections, accurate logs, and follow all regulatory and company procedures.
Compensation & benefits:
- $0.70/mi, $2,500 sign‑on bonus, additional incentives, plus health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
Minimum requirements:
- Valid CDL‑A and at least 12 months verifiable commercial driving experience.
