Mail Services Associate (Floater)
:
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide variety of duties such as, but not limited to; Concierge, Sorting and delivering mail, shipping/receiving, meeting/event set up and support services, copy/print services, facilities services.
- Ability to commute to location in and around the greater Chicagoland area
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times
- Other duties as assigned by manager
- Superior customer service skills
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Able to communicate effectively with different types of people throughout all levels
- Ability to perform multiple tasks
- Can work successfully individually or in a team environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Possesses a "can do" attitude at all times
Special Skills/Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years customer service experience (preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills; must possess a "can do" attitude.
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
- valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation.
