Analyst, Supplier Collaboration

Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting the analysis of supplier performance, inventory flow, and product availability through data-driven insights. Assists in preparing supplier-facing performance reporting and dashboards, and contributes to identifying root causes of supply chain issues. Supports the development of improvement recommendations and participates in cross-functional initiatives that enhance in-stock levels, lead-time accuracy, and cost efficiency. Assists with recurring supplier performance reviews by gathering and validating data, summarizing trends, and documenting findings. Works within established processes to monitor performance and ensure consistent reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs analysis of supplier performance and inventory flow to support improving in stock levels, lead time accuracy, and order reliability.
• Builds and updates routine dashboards, scorecards, and reports using PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint, ensuring data accuracy and clear communication of key metrics.
• Collects, prepares, and validates data from systems such as SAP, Databricks, BlueYonder, AS/400, SQL, R, or Python under guidance from senior team members.
• Supports collaboration with suppliers, transportation, distribution centers, and inventory teams by providing data, assisting with root cause summaries, and documenting performance issues.
• Prepares materials and standard metric reports for supplier discussions and supports communication of performance expectations and trends. Assists in driving change, as needed.
• Contributes to cross functional initiatives by completing assigned analytical tasks that help improve supply chain efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
• Maintains working knowledge of supplier collaboration tools and processes and assists the team by updating documentation, templates, and reporting practices.
• Manages assigned tasks and small workstreams with general supervision, delivering accurate analyses and timely updates to support broader project goals.

Basic Qualifications

• Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table).

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business, and at least 1 year of experience in a supply chain or business role
• Experience in retail, supply chain, or merchandising analytics
• Experience with SAP, BlueYonder, AS/400, DAA, Databricks, Python, R, SQL
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $63100 - $101200 / Salaried
