What You'll Do

As a Custom Home Specialist, you will:

• Consult with new homeowners and learn about their security needs and priorities.

• Recommend personalized home security and smart home solutions.

• Build strong customer relationships through a consultative sales approach.

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences from the initial conversation through installation.

• Manage your schedule and customer follow-up activities.

• Educate homeowners on the benefits of protecting their homes and loved ones.

• Consistently work toward achieving personal and team sales goals.

Compensation

This is a full-time, W-2 commissioned sales position offering significant earning potential.
