We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our administrative team and help keep our billing operations running smoothly.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
- Review and verify patient billing data from dental procedures
- Post payments and adjustments into our billing system
- Work closely with insurance companies to resolve claim issues
- Handle patient billing questions with professionalism and care
- Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental billing codes and insurance guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of dental or medical billing experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes (PPO, HMO, Medicaid)
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
