Now we’re growing — and we’re looking for a skilled HVAC Installer who takes pride in doing the job right.

What You’ll Do

• Install residential (and light commercial) HVAC systems
• Test all systems after installation and fix any issues before finalizing the job
• Read blueprints and building plans accurately and present solutions professionally
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience every visit
• Work according to company standards and safety practices
• Assist with mentoring and training junior installers

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with insurable record
• 4+ years of HVAC Install experience
• HVAC Service experience preferred but not required
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
• HVAC Technical School certificate (preferred)
• NATE Certification (preferred but not required)
• Service Titan (preferred but willing to train)
• Strong customer communication and ability to explain system operations accurately
