Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

As a Lease-Purchase Flatbed Driver you’ll manage loaded flatbed runs and progress toward equipment ownership while working with modern systems and late-model trucks.

Your Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain flatbed tractor-trailers; perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Secure, tarp, and load freight using proper load securement techniques.
• Maintain accurate logs, comply with DOT rules, and coordinate with dispatch.

Compensation & Equipment: Earn 80% of gross with typical weekly gross $7,500–$10,000; lease-to-own in one year driving 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner.
