As a Hotshots server, you’re more than just a server — you’re the face of our brand. From greeting guests at the door to serving them at the table, you’ll create a memorable experience with playful, energetic hospitality. If you love to make people smile, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Engage guests with friendly, energetic service, making their time at Hotshots memorable and fun
• Be approachable, upbeat, and attentive to guest needs on the floor and at the front door
• Know our menu and merchandise inside and out, ensuring you provide top-notch recommendations
• Contribute to a positive team environment, working together to make every shift successful
• Participate in promotions, community events, and merchandise sales
• Provide responsible alcohol service, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards, ensuring food and drink quality
• Arrive prepared, in uniform, and on time for every shift
• Handle cash responsibly and deliver orders with accuracy
• Entertain guests while promoting and selling Hotshots merchandise
• Maintain a visible and approachable presence for all guests
• Create special moments for guests celebrating occasions, making their visit unforgettable

What You Bring:

• A "can-do" attitude with a hardworking, positive mindset
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to make every guest feel welcome
• Basic math skills for cash handling and accurate order processing
• Confidence in promoting the Hotshots brand and engaging guests with our menu
• Ability to maintain professionalism and communicate clearly
• Teamwork and multitasking skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older (21 in some areas)
