The Role: Automotive Service Advisor

You are the leader of the customer experience.

You will:

• Build trust through clear, confident communication.
• Present digital inspections and repair plans with integrity.
• Set realistic expectations and follow through.
• Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate execution.
• Manage workflow with professionalism and positivity.
• Take responsibility for your results and growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years as an Automotive Service Advisor (or strong automotive customer-facing experience).
• Strong communication skills rooted in honesty and empathy.
• Comfort with shop management software & digital inspections.
• Professional appearance and punctuality.
• A team-first mindset.
• A desire to grow and continuously improve.
