- 2+ years as an Automotive Service Advisor or a strong customer-facing role in automotive.
- Excellent communication skills — you listen first and explain clearly.
- Ability to set expectations and follow through.
- Comfortable with shop software, tablets, and digital inspections.
- A positive, adaptable, team-oriented personality.
- Someone who takes responsibility, is punctual, and takes pride in their appearance and work.
