What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years as an Automotive Service Advisor or a strong customer-facing role in automotive.
• Excellent communication skills — you listen first and explain clearly.
• Ability to set expectations and follow through.
• Comfortable with shop software, tablets, and digital inspections.
• A positive, adaptable, team-oriented personality.
• Someone who takes responsibility, is punctual, and takes pride in their appearance and work.
