The Role: Automotive Service Advisor
You are the leader of the customer experience.
You will:
- Build trust through clear, confident communication.
- Present digital inspections and repair plans with integrity.
- Set realistic expectations and follow through.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate execution.
- Manage workflow with professionalism and positivity.
- Take responsibility for your results and growth.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years as an Automotive Service Advisor (or strong automotive customer-facing experience).
- Strong communication skills rooted in honesty and empathy.
- Comfort with shop management software & digital inspections.
- Professional appearance and punctuality.
- A team-first mindset.
- A desire to grow and continuously improve.
