Position Details:

This direct hire role is full time and performs office services work. Hours will range within M-F 8:00AM- 6:00PM. Some overtime may be required which may include occasionalweekend support on an as needed basis. Business professional dress code and standards are required.

Hourly Co mpensation: $18.00-19.00 USD per hour DOE

Responsibilities

This direct hire role is a Copy/Records Mail Team Member- Full-Time and performs office services work. Hours will range within M-F 8:00AM- 6:00PM

• Operating mailing copy and fax equipment
• Assist with light Records duties - Includes but not limited to Filing File paper documents into their correct redweld jackets and ensure all
  materials are organized and properly maintained.
  Shifting When redwelds run out of space on the shelves shift and reorganize
  redwelds as needed. This may require adjusting multiple shelves to create adequate
  room.
  Creating Redweld Jackets Prepare and label new redweld jackets for working files
  that do not yet have proper folders.
  Preparing Offsite Storage Boxes Create and organize boxes for offsite pickups.
  These boxes contain closed files that are no longer required onsite.
• Cross train in print production and reception back up
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Shipping & Receiving; Ordering supplies restocking inventory
• Pick-up and deliver mail parcels copy jobs and faxes to customers
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume production environment
• Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
• Adhere to all safety procedures; Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Prior Law Firm experience a plus with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
• Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Lifting up to 55 pounds
