Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

The Shop position involves performing a variety of tasks including measuring, assembling, and installing doors onto door panels, as well as packaging and palletizing. This role requires proficiency in using a measuring tape, hand and power tools, and carpentry equipment. The ability to lift materials periodically throughout the day is essential. You will be an integral part of the team, cross-trained in various roles to support different departments.

Responsibilities

• Measure and assemble components accurately.
• Install doors onto door panels.
• Package and palletize products for shipment.
• Use a measuring tape, hand tools, and power tools efficiently.
• Follow written instructions and utilize carpentry equipment.
• Lift materials periodically throughout the day.

Essential Skills

• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to follow written instructions.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading.
• Comprehension skills.
• Assembly skills.
• Experience with pneumatic tools and saw operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in woodworking, construction, or building is a plus.
• Experience using pneumatic tools is advantageous.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
