- First-year earnings of $65,000 to $85,000

Responsibilities- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and campaigns
- Prepare accurate quotes and coverage comparisons
- Conduct consultative needs assessments
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics
- Close business and guide clients through underwriting
- Maintain organized pipeline management and follow-up systems
- Active insurance license
- Prior sales or insurance experience
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Relationship-driven and referral-focused mindset
- Resilient and comfortable handling objections
- Ethical, professional, and client-first approach
