Software Engineer

Our Platform team continuously delivers reliable and scalable core services that make up the building blocks for most of our products. As part of our Platform team you will build new microservices that are shared across the Achieve network and leverage machine learning and data to deliver intelligent decision-making services which will drive better customer experience.

What youll do:

• Design build deploy and maintain new microservices for multiple enterprise-level products
• Design develop and implement REST APIs and monitor for performance
• Deliver high-quality code to production with unit and integration testing
• Collaborate with DevOps to deploy services into Google Cloud with Kubernetes Helm and Docker
• Engage with business units to collect and analyze data for better decision making
• Debug fix and maintain high-available services

Qualifications :

What youll bring:

• 2 years of professional experience in software development
• 2 years of experience coding in Java/Spring. Proficiency in Maven/Gradle.
• Experience designing APIs using REST
• Experience producing and consuming Pub/Sub events (e.g. using Kafka)
• Familiar with the fundamentals of a microservice
• Familiar with cloud platform services (GCP AWS or Azure)
• Familiar with performance monitoring tools
• Bachelors degree or the equivalent from an accredited college or university

Work from home/hybrid:

We are proudly offering hybrid options in the San Mateo CA and Phoenix AZ metro other locations throughout the country we offer work from home like: TX UT NV WA FL IL NC.

Salary Range : $90000 to $105000 annually bonus benefits.  depending upon experience in all locations except CA. Salary in CA is $123k minimum
