Customer Tech Support
A Customer Tech Support Representative provides technical assistance to customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to products, software, hardware, or services. The role focuses on delivering timely solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support via phone, chat, email, or ticketing systems
Troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, connectivity, or applications
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and professional manner
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic to intermediate technical knowledge
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
