Ganancias y Estructura de Pago
- $27 por hora para viajes de menos de 500 millas (ida y vuelta)
- $0.50 por milla (CPM) inicial, hasta $0.55 CPM para viajes de más de 500 millas
- Depósito directo semanal cada viernes
Incentivos, Bonos y Pagos Adicionales
- Bono de contratación de $2,500 ($250 pagados trimestralmente)
- Bono de $100 por inspección DOT limpia (sin límite)
- Pago de $100 por layover
- Bono trimestral de seguridad: $75–$150
- 95% de cargas sin manipulación (no-touch freight)
- Los camiones se quedan en la terminal (no se llevan a casa)

Requisitos del Conductor
Licencia CDL Clase A válida y tarjeta médica vigente
- Edad mínima: 23 años
- 24 meses de experiencia reciente y verificable
- Historial de manejo limpio (MVR & PSP)
Sin DUI en los últimos 5 años - No estar prohibido en el DOT Clearinghouse
- Prueba de drogas negativa
- Sin antecedentes penales graves
- Comodidad usando ELDs y documentación digital
- Disponibilidad ocasional para pernoctar
