We’re Hiring: Sales Representative (Decks / Exterior Renovations)
Location: Naperville, IL
Full-Time | Base + Uncapped Commission
Naperville Roofing and Construction, a trusted veteran-owned company with 30+ years of experience, is growing! We’re looking for a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our team and help homeowners transform their properties with roofing, deck construction, and exterior renovation solutions.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Conduct in-home/on-site consultations (no cold calling!)
✔ Provide estimates & close deals for roofing, decks & exterior projects
✔ Build strong client relationships & generate referrals
✔ Work closely with project and installation teams
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Sales experience preferred (home improvement a plus)
✔ Strong communication & people skills
✔ Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
✔ Willingness to learn and grow
What We Offer:
