Location: New Jersey (based locally, with travel to other Flywheel Centers across the U.S.)
Schedule: Full-time
Salary: Based on experience, between $50,000-$55,000 yearly
Overview
Flywheel Centers is seeking a Community Representative in New Jersey to help expand our presence in the community and connect more families with the support they need. This role combines event coordination with relationship-building among physicians, diagnosticians, schools, and other referral partners. While based in New Jersey, the Community Representative should be open to traveling to other states where Flywheel Centers operates to support outreach and events.
The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and outgoing, with a passion for making meaningful connections and supporting families impacted by autism.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate, attend, and represent Flywheel Centers at community events, workshops, and gatherings across New Jersey and other states.
• Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, diagnosticians, schools, and community partners.
• Promote Flywheel Centers' ABA programs in a professional and approachable way.
• Track outreach activities, meetings, and event outcomes accurately in HubSpot CRM.
• Assist with local marketing initiatives, including event promotion and community engagement.
• Provide timely follow-ups with contacts and ensure strong ongoing communication.
• Report progress and event outcomes regularly to leadership to guide strategy.
Education & Experience (Preferred, not required)
• Education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing, events, or community outreach.
• Familiarity with autism services or ABA therapy.
Skills
• Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and events simultaneously.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong ability to represent the organization professionally in diverse settings.
• Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus).
