Option 1 - 100% Outpatient Pulmonology

• No call or weekend responsibilities

Option 2 - Pulmonary & Critical Care (50/50 Split)

• Flexible block schedule : 1 week ICU (7 on/7 off) alternating with 2 weeks of clinic
• A mix of inpatient critical care and outpatient pulmonology
• Balanced structure for long-term career satisfaction

• Generous base salary plus productivity model with total earning potential up to $781K
• $75,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation allowance
• APP supervision and excess call compensation available
• Full benefits, including malpractice with tail coverage and a retirement plan
