HR Admin
LaSalle Network is partnering with a client in the professional services industry to identify a detail-oriented and highly organized Human Resources Coordinator . This role will support core HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, employee records management, and onboarding/offboarding processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage hourly staff timecards, including correcting missed punches and generating payroll reports
Assist with semi-monthly payroll processing and reporting through ADP Workforce Now
Maintain and update the firm’s intranet as needed
Prepare new hire and separation paperwork, including checklists and required documentation
Maintain employee records, files, and HR forms (benefits, policies, procedures, etc.)
Track benefit enrollments, policy acknowledgments, and compliance-related documents
Support scheduling for in-office legal assistant rotations
Provide consistent, accurate HR support with strong attention to confidentiality and detail
Contribute to special projects and additional HR duties as assigned
Maintain consistent and reliable attendance in both the office and remote settings
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
1–2 years of experience in a professional office environment (law firm or professional services preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, including proofreading accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and capacity to manage multiple priorities
Professional presence with a positive, outgoing personality and sense of humor
Customer-service mindset with the ability to build positive relationships across diverse personalities
Working Conditions
Hybrid schedule: In-office Tuesday–Thursday with flexibility based on business needs
Standard office environment with limited physical effort and exposure to risk
Compliance with all firmwide safety requirements is required
