Senior Analyst , Deployment
Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Manage the Champions process for deployment facilitating regular project reviews tracking initiatives and ensuring accountability for delivery of savings.
Drive cost-savings initiatives within the deployment function identifying innovative opportunities to reduce waste redeploy excess inventory and optimize distribution strategies.
Drive seasonal strategy planning to ensure efficient network readiness and cost-effective execution during peak demand periods.
Support the forward-looking deployment plan integrating forecasted demand capacity and network constraints to maintain optimal inventory flow.
Manage and enhance digital deployment tools ensuring adoption and leveraging data analytics for performance visibility and decision-making.
Oversee monthly deployment financial reporting consolidating performance metrics analyzing variances and providing actionable insights to leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop best practices share learnings and support enterprise-wide deployment excellence initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills functionally and at various management levels
- Strong computer and analytical skills
- Planner/scheduler experience is desirable
- Drive for results
- Strong influencing skills
- Total supply chain perspective
- Strong problem solving skills with data driven total cost approach

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$88000.00 - $110000.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors
