Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year A bit about us: At the core of this company is its electrical contracting capabilities, specializing in commercial, healthcare, hospitality, public works, and high-rise residential segments.. We handle simple plan-and-spec projects to those requiring in-house design/build expertise. Our project managers, estimators, engineers, and on-site project foremen work to ensure that every project is designed, planned, and executed efficiently and expertly. Why join us? - Ensures all project are implemented in accordance with the design and responds timely to questions related to field conditions
- Develop and/or review electrical engineering technical specifications and bid documents for engineered equipment, materials engineering, and construction service contracts
- Lead day to day Design (where applicable) and construction management of significant elements of IBMS and electrical interface works on projects, including procurement, installation, and commissioning
- Oversees, scheduling and coordination of internal and external resources for project completion
- Oversees Job Start and Project Closeout materials
- 3+ years of experience in electrical construction
- Greenfield or Brownfield experience
- Electrical engineering degree preferred OR relevant electrical construction experience
