We’re looking for Electrical Technicians to keep our high-tech operation running smoothly. You'll work with cutting-edge equipment, troubleshoot electrical systems, and perform hands-on maintenance in a team-oriented, safety-first environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Install and repair electrical systems across the plant

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance

• Use PLCs for routine troubleshooting

• Read and work from mechanical/electrical blueprints

• Support production by ensuring equipment reliability

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Manufacturing/industrial maintenance experience preferred

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and tools like SAP

• Ability to read schematics, operate tools, and troubleshoot

• Willingness to work overtime, rotating shifts, weekends as needed

Schedule: Shifts may be 8 or 12 hours with rotating weekends. Flexibility is key, and overtime is often available.

Responsibilities

• Work within and adhere to GPI’s core values of Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Relationships and Teamwork.

• Installing and repairing all electrical devices within the plant.
• Performing breakdown repairs, preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, etc. on all
production equipment, utilities, building/grounds, etc.
• Completing parts requisitions, work orders, time sheets, in Computerized Maintenance Management
System.
• Electrician disassembles defective electrical equipment, replaces defective or worn parts, and
reassembles equipment.
• Responsible for replacing all fuses, light sockets, bulbs and switches
• Working independently and on teams.
• Demonstrating safe work practices.
• Use PLCs for routine troubleshooting.
• Understand and complete all associated paperwork.
• Adhere to preventative/predictive maintenance schedules.
• Read and work from mechanical and electrical blueprints

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
