Regional Sales Director
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies, with a dual focus on new business acquisition and the expansion of existing accounts.
- Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to exceed revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners across the US.
- Drive execution of strategic and tactical plans to support business growth.
- Implement Go-To-Market strategies and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Hire, develop, and retain top sales talent.
- Oversee territory analytics, reporting cadence, and sales forecasting.
- Monitor team performance metrics and establish regular review processes.
- Define and manage sales compensation and incentive programs.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and channel relationships.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders to optimize systems and processes.
- Align departmental budgets with revenue targets.
- Continuously improve sales tools, technologies, and workflows.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute impactful campaigns and field events.
- Engage in strategic customer meetings and support deal closures.
- Prospect and secure new business opportunities within the manufacturing segment, driving growth and market share.
- Proven success in leading sales teams focused on both new business acquisition and account management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales programs.
- Track record of consistent revenue growth and target achievement.
- Experience in direct sales and channel partner programs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive experience in the US market.
- Skilled in team building and cross-functional collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive in anticipating business needs.
- Willingness to travel across the US, as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of professional sales management experience.
- 5+ years of account management experience focused on pipeline growth and expansion.
- Experience selling cybersecurity solutions, preferably Managed Security Services.
- Background in B2B channel-based sales.
- Experience managing both field and inside sales teams.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms for pipeline and performance management.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDIPICC.
