Clinic Manager - Chicago

Salary:$50,000-$80,000 yearly
Variable compensation is paid quarterly, with an annual range of:
● $10,000–$13,000 for a standard profile
● $15,000–$18,000 for a more experienced profile
The bonus is tied to sales, average ticket, clinical and graduation metrics, and reviews. It
also includes overachievement tiers, so the more the clinic outperforms, the greater the
upside.
For someone with energy and a strong sales mindset, this creates a real opportunity to
make a visible impact on earnings.
As a practical benchmark, variable compensation for the active roles was around $3,000 in
Q1, which shows that the earning potential is meaningful.
