Process and Compliance Senior Manager

Here's how you can help. We are currently looking for a Process and Compliance Senior Manager to join our team and rise to the challenge of empowering service.
Position Highlights:The Process and Compliance Senior Manager plays a key role in transforming and optimizing
processes within the organization. This role collaborates across divisions to identify inefficiencies,
strengthen controls, and foster sustainable, data-driven improvements. Evaluates complex processes and regulations, executes compliance programs, and drives process improvements and productivity initiatives. Presents to the Board of Directors and Board of Trustees on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal financial and operational controls and updates on process and project tracking.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive initiatives that enhance efficiency, strengthen compliance, and develop financial and operational excellence across the organization.
- Advance risk assessment and internal auditing capability, utilizing expertise and knowledge of best-practice methodologies and industry practices.
- Recommend changes to procedures or practices that are ineffective and/or not in compliance with policy. Partner with the respective department to implement a plan to address changes.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, and internal control plans.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of improvement efforts and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Suggest key performance and accountability metrics by division in the organization.
- Support change management efforts by communicating process changes, training impacted teams, and ensuring successful adoption of new practices.
- Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and methodologies of process improvement and operational excellence. Applying evolutions to continuously enhance finance operations.
- Proactively develop relationships and maintain open communication with all stakeholders.
- Oversee the global treasury function, including foreign currency exchange management and banking relationships.
- Partner with Legal division on insurance positions, contract management, and risk management.
- Monitor LCI and LCIF adherence to relevant federal and state regulations as well as financial-related board policies.
- Serve as а subject matter expert to examine and advise on complex compliance issues.
- Present risk assessment and audit objectives, scope and results to senior management and the Audit Committee.
- Perform other responsibilities and assignments as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance Transformation, or Data Analytics preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) strongly desired; CIA and PMP certifications valued.
- 10+ years of experience in accounting, financial processes, and/or project management preferred.
- International experience, including foreign currency exchange, is a plus.
- Public accounting and nonprofit experience highly valued.
- Proactive, analytical mindset with strong communication, leadership, and management abilities.
- Expertise in GAAP and IFRS frameworks.
- Skilled in building dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Comfortable navigating technical language and operational workflows, translating complex information into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
Compensation: Exempt, $120,000- $145,000
