Remote CSR - Medical Malpractice Insurance (FT)
Our Chicago based medical malpractice insurance agency provides services and support nationally. They are looking for a remote Customer Service Rep with professional liability insurance experience.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. This role involves engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
Core Responsibilities:
- Inbound Call Management: Provide exceptional customer service while handling a high volume of incoming calls regarding policy coverage, endorsements, and billing inquiries. Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to phone etiquette standards during all interactions.
- Policy Servicing: Processing renewals, cancellations, and modifications to insurance policies through various carrier portals.
- Claims Assistance: Guiding clients through the initial steps of the claims process and providing status updates.
- Documentation: Recording detailed accounts of every customer interaction in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Broker Management Systems (BMS)
- Consultative Support: Educating clients on insurance options and providing personalized recommendations to ensure adequate coverage.
Requirements:
- Professional liability insurance to support experience
- Property & Casualty license
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and maintaining professionalism in all communications.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: Commensurate with Experience, PTO, Benefits, 401k match
