Job Title: Document Control - Individual ContributorJob Description
This role involves updating logs, databases, and catalogues of product, manufacturing, and regulatory compliance information. You will coordinate the review and revision of procedures, specifications, and forms, prepare process and status reports, assign and monitor document numbers, and review documents for accuracy and completeness. Additionally, you will assist in compiling regulatory filing documents and maintaining computerized files to support all documentation systems. This position requires independent work with minimal supervision, applying professional expertise and judgment in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities

Update logs, databases, and catalogues of product, manufacturing, and regulatory compliance information.

Coordinate the review and revision of procedures, specifications, and forms.

Prepare process and status reports, assign and monitor document numbers.

Review documents for accuracy and completeness.

Assist in compiling regulatory filing documents and maintaining computerized files.

Work independently and apply judgment based on practice and previous experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

University degree or equivalent experience.

At least 2 years of experience in a regulated environment.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, specification documents, regulatory filing, and quality assurance.
Work Environment
The position is based in an office QA environment, working five days a week onsite at Cary, IL. This role offers opportunities to advance within QA/R&D and the potential to transition to a permanent position after a 12-18 month contract.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.19/hr.
