Opportunity
To maintain the highest custodial standards established for the Illinois spas. Responsible for cleaning assigned work areas, and for the cleanliness of the public areas within the facility.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Clean assigned areas according to standards and complete assignments without inconveniencing our guests.
Working knowledge of custodial equipment (rotary floor machine, automatic floor machine, carpet extractor, carpet shampooer, vacuum cleaner, etc.)
Obtain knowledge of procedures, methods, and product use, pertaining to all assigned areas of each shift public area cleaning.
Watch for the misuse of products and supplies.
Fully knowledgeable of personal procedures and their role as it relates to Kohler policies and procedures.

Skills/Requirements
Overnight Custodian II:

High School Diploma is preferred or will train an appropriate (experienced) candidate. Prior hotel/lodging experience is important, but not necessary. Candidate must have the ability to lift 25+ pounds and tolerate being on their feet for the majority of their shift.

Candidate must speak, write, and/or understand English. Well-versed in the art of human relations and motivation techniques. Must be an articulate and perceptive individual able to foresee potential shortcomings and prevent problems.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The hourly range for this position is $17.10 - $25.60. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
