Senior Frontend Engineer
Compensation: $125,000-$165,000 plus equity. Full benefits package included.
Minimum Experience Required: 5+ years of frontend development experience.
Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor work visas at this time.
Location: 100% Remote

Your Impact: As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll be responsible for architecting and implementing complex frontend features that enhance user engagement. Your expertise will elevate our product's interface and usability.
What You'll Do:
Architect and implement complex frontend features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth user experience.
Lead frontend initiatives and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
What You Need:
5+ years of frontend development experience with a strong portfolio of projects that demonstrate your skills.
Expert knowledge of React and modern JavaScript, with a solid understanding of state management patterns and best practices.
Bonus Points:
Experience with TypeScript and Next.js to enhance code quality and maintainability.
Performance optimization expertise to ensure a smooth user experience across devices and platforms.
