Warehouse Clerk

A leading manufacturer is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support critical warehouse and production operations. This is a high-priority opportunity within a small, tight-knit team where reliability, accuracy, and accountability are essential to daily production flow.

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload trucks; inspect incoming shipments for damage

• Verify packing slips, unbox and check materials, and report discrepancies

• Enter and track inventory and material movement in ERP systems (NetSuite required)

• Tag, stage, and organize materials across warehouse and production areas

• Pick, pack, and process outbound orders accurately

• Understand and apply freight and intercompany terms

• Perform cycle counts and maintain detailed inventory records

• Coordinate with multiple departments to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED

• 3–5+ years in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing environments

• Experience working in small teams where reliability is critical

• ERP proficiency (experience with NetSuite strongly preferred)

• Forklift experience (certified or willing to obtain certification)

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in fast-paced settings

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift

• Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Excel

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional overtime up to ~1 hour)

Overtime: 0–5 hours/week, paid time and a half
