A Day In The Life As An Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you are an essential part of growing all aspects of our store! Our customers love our store, the products we offer, and the convenience of our location. But they wouldn't keep coming in if it weren't for the fantastic customer service that they receive every time. This career path will keep you on your toes doing a number of different tasks, but customer service and leading a team will be your top priority! As an Assistant Store Manager, you will develop a strong partnership with the Store Manager. You will be eager to aid in the coaching and training of team members on customer service and assigned tasks. You will assist in the daily paperwork, inventory control, store maintenance and team member accountability. If you are someone who thrives on development through hard work and staying busy, this may be the job for you!
