Employment Litigation Associate
A well-established law firm in Chicago is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to join its growing labor and employment practice. This position offers hands-on experience representing employers in a wide range of employment disputes in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.

- Handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
- Represent employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, ADA/FMLA, and wrongful termination claims
- Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
- Conduct legal research and collaborate on case strategy
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of employment litigation experience preferred
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience managing discovery and motion practice
- Illinois Bar admission required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Salary and Other Compensation:
The base salary for this position is between $170,000 – $230,000 annually. xrczosw Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
