Functional Pathways is seeking a Part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Lake Forest Place in Lake Forest, IL. Partial days for Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sundays. Qualifications
Education and Licensure:
- Must have an associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Must meet all certification and licensure requirements as established by the state and national board associations.
- Active state license required.
