Job Description:
Drive the execution of a digital lending platform by translating strategic priorities into user stories and product deliverables.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Partner with customers to gather feedback and translate it into requirements
-
Write clear user stories and drive sprint execution using JIRA
-
Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver on roadmap items
-
Work with cloud-based SaaS products and API integrations
-
Participate in daily standups and 2-week Agile sprints
-
Focus on stabilization work and performance improvements
-
Engage in electronic documentation workflows and lending processes
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
3–5 years of product management experience in a technical environment
-
Experience gathering customer requirements and translating them into actionable stories
-
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint planning
-
Knowledge of AWS and Oracle-backed SaaS platforms
-
Experience with digital document management or electronic vaults
-
Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and non-technical teams
-

Nice-to-Haves:
-
Background in digital lending, fintech, or financial services
-
Exposure to AI-driven product features or integrations
-
Experience with mortgage or marketplace lending workflows
-
Familiarity with performance tuning in enterprise platforms
