- Guide each customer through an internal sales process by using sales techniques.
- Ensure customers are properly qualified for their needs, wants, and ability to buy.
- Cross-sell parts, accessories, and ready-to-ride products by presenting customers with the features of all the products as well as their benefits.
- Stay up-to-date on all training to continuously learn about all departments, products, and services offered.
- Performance-based pay plans with earning potential between $120,000-$150,000
