About the Position: We are working with a top global law firm with a large and established Chicago office that is seeking a private equity attorney to join its prestigious practice as an associate. Responsibilities
- Represent private equity firms and their portfolio companies
- Assist clients in a variety of complex transactions including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, and general corporate matters
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of private equity experience from a large law firm or SEC experience
- Top academic credentials
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
Location
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000 – $420,000.
