Sales Representative
As an Inside Sales Representative , you will be part of an energetic, collaborative team committed to educating customers and delivering superior service. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse customer base and a unique portfolio of international products. You will help customers understand product specifications including pricing, usage, and complementary items while contributing ideas to improve products, marketing strategies, and sales tactics.
Essential Responsibilities
Participate in lead generation initiatives, including cold calling, to identify business prospects and build a pipeline of potential customers
Analyze sales and customer data using internal platforms (e.g., Tableau)
Engage customers to assess needs, recommend products, and provide tailored solutions
Resolve customer concerns or disputes professionally, offering solutions that maintain strong business relationships
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, outcomes, and follow-up needs
Qualifications
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Experience using CRM platforms
Familiarity with sales techniques, pipeline management, and upselling
Strong computer skills, including Excel and order writing systems
Bilingual abilities (English/Russian/Turkish) required
Experience & Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service or sales experience
