Managers, Process & Configuration with Rivian Automotive, LLC in Normal,

IL. Support material flow process projects including engineering change implementation, floor visuals, facilities and SAP maintenance, and developing new continuous improvement projects. Improve and implement projects and layout coming to Rivians plant with the full coordination of cross functional teams such as facilities, safety, and material handling. Oversee the required headcount for the project implementation while communicating cross functionality until a proper buy off. Responsible for implementing end to end engineering change coordinated by NPI Team with the support of Engineering Change Technicians and Continuous Improvement Technicians. Responsible for the visual management among Rivians plant, set buffer calculations, set up new parts plans, set plants defaults, override parts and times that do not fit the system, and reload and update modules including, pull card, loop size, and EPS, and run reports as required and create, monitor, modify, and delete broadcast codes for manifest changes per production build and Engineering Work Orders which includes change broadcast based on breakpoint of EWO. Maintain all the SAP configuration to properly run the Material flow operation with proper locations audit, and develop, improve, and maintain standard work. Supervise team of engineers.\ \ RQMTS: Five years of experience in any occupation involving process engineering. Experience must include working with engineering design software AutoCAD; Materials Requirement Planning Software MGO; manufacturing execution systems; reading and interpreting documents such as governmental regulations, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry; and interpreting variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Salary Range: \$140,000-\$167,000/yr.
