Work Location: On the road (local school routes)

Earn $400–$1,200 per week ( Based on 1–3 school routes)

Route Location – Important

We are currently hiring drivers for school routes along the I-290 corridor, including:

• Cicero
• Berwyn
• Oak Park
• West Side of Chicago (Austin area)

Applicants living within 10–15 miles of these areas are strongly preferred due to fixed routes.

Commitment & Onboarding (Very Important)

This opportunity requires serious commitment from the start.

Due to state and school district regulations, all drivers must complete a structured onboarding process, including:

• Background checks
• Fingerprinting
• Drug screening
• Safety training
• School district certifications - SBP (School Bus Permit)

The process typically takes 3–4 weeks. We are looking for candidates who are ready to complete the process and start working.

What You Need

• 4-door vehicle (2016 or newer)
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Valid work authorization
• Clean driving record
• Strong commitment to safety and reliability

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport students to and from school
• Follow fixed morning and afternoon routes:
• Morning: 6:30 am – 9:30 am
• Afternoon: 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm
• Provide a reliable and positive experience for families
• Stay connected with the XD support team
