What You’ll Do

Our Member Sales Advisors are “people persons” to their core, motivated by helping others, and passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles. As an integral part of our sales team, you’ll be the first point of contact for new members in their journey to transform their lives.

• Initiating and selling memberships in a consultative manner

• Meeting sales goals and generating leads through prospect, networking, and member referrals

• Promoting and attending club social events

• Serving as club ambassador to local businesses, corporations and community members

• Building lasting relationships with prospective and current members

You should have the following background and experience:

· Brings over two years of sales or customer-focused experience

Qualities of a successful Membership Advisor:

· Skilled at building rapport with existing members and cultivating new leads to drive business growth.

· Known for fostering lasting member relationships while consistently sourcing new opportunities for club expansion.

· Communicate effectively over the phone and in-person, delivering compelling membership pitches.

· Thrives in a performance-based environment, consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.

· Well-versed in all club operations and offerings, with a commitment to cross-departmental support and member satisfaction.
